Mission
To manage all aspects of the OSAA Flying Hour Program, including the production of monthly and quarterly reports, statistical data and analysis. To provide Joint Airlift Logistics Information System (JALIS) training and to provide a Customer Assistance Help Desk for users of Army JALIS.

***New Web-Based Army JALIS****

Army JALIS is moving to a web-based environment on 18 April 2011. Users will no longer be able to access Army JALIS through the Citrix server after 15 April 2011. Users will need to go to https://jalis.army.mil and will require a CAC for access. Upon initial logon, users will be notified that their password has expired and will then be prompted to create a new one. If you have problems logging in, please contact the OSAA IMO Office: (703) 806-7073.
