As directed, represents the Army for managing the non-executive OSA fixed-wing fleet. Represents the ARNG as the headquarters that oversees operations, training, standardization, maintenance, readiness, and mobilizations for ARNG fixed wing units in a Title 32 status as delegated in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Director of the Army National Guard (DARNG) and the Commander of MDW.
